Release Form

In consideration of contracting LARGOPHOTO, a service licensed as a business with in the City of Largo, and on the general terms here in stated, I give LARGOPHOTO the following permission and authority:

The unrestricted right to use and publish portraits or pictures in which I have been included for the further purpose of illustration, art, promotion and advertising as well as sample use on the Website.

I acknowledge waiver of rights to examine or approve the completed product to which it may be applied. 

 I hereby release LARGOPHOTO, respective business associates, legal representatives and assigns, and all persons operating under the authority of the owner and proprietor,  indemnity and liability against claim of image modification.

This may extend all forms of image manipulation both digitally and conventionally.

No claims will be sought for purpose of libel or invasion of privacy.

I confirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name.

I have read and understood the above documentation authorizing release and agreement, prior to execution.

This signed authorization is official.
